Emily is qualified in traditional French patisserie with experience both in New Zealand and abroad. She loves being at home, and making people smile.
Sunday the Bakery is a micro-bakery run from Emily's home in Mangere, Auckland. With her signature scalloped edges, an emphasis on intriguing flavour combinations and seasonal flowers, Emily's baking invites you to slow down and enjoy special moments with the people you love.
Sunday celebrates the feminine in all of us, and rejects the idea of constant rush and expansion. It's about being present in the moments that really matter in life. It's the feeling of the warmth of the sun as you lie in a sunbeam, or drinking your coffee in your pyjamas on a Sunday morning.
